01Using Velop
Access, configuration, and merchant responsibilities.
Velop provides QR voice and video GiftNote services for ecommerce merchants. You are responsible for configuring your store, keeping account credentials secure, and ensuring your use of Velop complies with laws that apply to your business.
02Merchant and shopper content
Media and order details submitted through the service.
Merchants and shoppers are responsible for the media, names, order references, and other content they submit through Velop. Content must not be unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive.
03Service availability
Reliability, maintenance, and product changes.
We work to keep Velop reliable, but service interruptions, maintenance windows, third-party platform changes, or network failures may affect availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to operate or improve the service.
04Billing
Plans, usage, trials, renewals, and charges.
Paid plans, usage limits, trial allowances, and renewal terms are shown during signup or in the merchant portal. Merchants are responsible for taxes, platform fees, and other charges associated with their account.
05Data and retention
How GiftNote media is stored and expired.
Velop stores GiftNote media and related order metadata so recipients can open their messages. Messages may expire or be removed according to the retention settings available in the service.
